Craft engaging short-form video concepts, polished motion graphics, and high-retention social creatives.
Responsibilities
- Edit dynamic short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) optimized for retention and storytelling.
- Design kinetic typography, smooth graphic transitions, and sound-designed audio mixes.
- Iterate creative angles and test variations based on campaign feedback.
What we look for
- A reel or portfolio demonstrating pacing, rhythm, graphic motion, and audio mastery.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Understanding of social media pacing, hooks, and audience attention dynamics.
Nice-to-have skills
- Experience directing or editing UGC content for direct-to-consumer or e-commerce brands.
- Familiarity with sound design and color grading pipelines.
